Profile Building
Fortitude prides itself on delivering a high level of service and expertise to help organisations build their profile and engage their audience. We operate regionally, nationally and internationally.
The agency was founded in 2017 by former Oxford United Managing Director and Daily Mirror journalist Greig Box Turnbull. He is also a director of Oxford City Stars ice hockey club and Vice Chair of Oxford United in the Community.
Mr Box Turnbull said: “The key to our success has been developing a talented team and constantly delivering high quality results for our clients. It has been quite a journey and I’m proud we have established ourselves in the business, charity and sports sectors as a high-quality PR and Communications service provider.
“We have adapted to ensure we stay on top of trends and the market; this has seen us add drone, video, photography and social media management services to our core offerings. This has enabled us to provide a fully rounded communications service to clients.
“The demand for overall storytelling, including website content creation, social media management and video production is growing. Digital provides a wonderful opportunity for businesses to communicate and engage, but the need for quality delivery is higher than ever as today’s audience is very discerning.”
Storytelling
Fortitude was founded with a vision to make a difference by helping organisations communicate effectively via creative campaigns and strong storytelling.
“Storytelling is at the heart of what we do,” said Mr Box Turnbull.
“We pride ourselves on helping organisations define how to communicate who they are, what to say, to who and when. There are so many ways to share stories now that ensuring campaigns are impactful and integrated is vital.”
Creating a positive culture has been important to Mr Box Turnbull.
He added: “We’re a people business. As a team we have a supportive culture, both in terms of how we interact together, but also how we treat our clients. We’re relationship focused and uphold a culture where everyone matters.
“Delivering a consistent service and results combined with imparting our expertise and advice quickly and clearly have been key reasons why our client retention rate is high.”
