Founded by chef and CEO Nico Simeone, Six by Nico, is renowned for launching new six-course tasting menus every six-weeks at its restaurants all over the country, each centred around a new theme.
It appointed Fortitude to help expand awareness of its Oxford restaurant as a ‘must-visit destination’ that is recognised for its creative and experiential offerings.
Based on the rooftop of Westgate Oxford, Six by Nico, is a 64-cover restaurant in the main dining area, has a private dining space for 12 guests and a terrace spread across almost 4,300 square feet. Six By Nico draws inspiration for its menus from a memory, place or idea. Guests enjoy a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and an immersive dining experience.

Fortitude was founded by Greig Box Turnbull, who is a former Oxford United managing director and Daily Mirror journalist. It specialises in PR and marketing and has clients across a range of sectors including corporate, hospitality and sport.
Six by Nico has experienced significant growth since it opened its first restaurant in Finnieston, Glasgow, in 2017, with venues in several major cities including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Cardiff, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Belfast and Dublin.
