The Oxford based PR agency had operated remotely since the outbreak of the pandemic but has now created a hybrid model for its team and returned to a physical office. Fortitude moved into its new HQ this week on the prestigious Oxford Business Park, which is near several of its clients.
Hybrid working
Fortitude has adopted a hybrid model for its team, with the new office acting as a central hub. It will provide a space for the team to grow, serve clients and further develop a working culture together.

Team spirit
Fortitude director Greig Box Turnbull said: “This is a big move for us and is an investment in our team and our future growth. Many businesses have changed how they operate during the pandemic and as we emerge from it, we took the decision, as a team, to follow a hybrid model.
“Before the pandemic we were in an office full-time and went fully remote in lockdown one. The team has missed getting out and being together and so we now have a way to do that and continue to be flexible.”
Oxford HQ
Opening the office on the Oxford Business Park ensures Fortitude maintains its strong Oxford presence.
“The location places us in the heart of a buoyant business community with good transport links that is close to our clients and the city centre. We’re excited by the move and it comes at a time of growth, as we welcome new clients and members of the team.”
